Increased Precautions We're Taking in Response to COVID-19
As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at Western Michigan Comprehensive Treatment Center to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, on-site visitation is no longer allowed at Western Michigan Comprehensive Treatment Center.

  • This restriction has been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services are being vetted and may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

CDC updates are consistently monitored to ensure that all guidance followed is based on the latest information released.

24/7 Appointment Scheduling

When an individual chooses to embark on the road to recovery at Western Michigan Comprehensive Treatment Center, he or she will be supported and cared for every step of the way.

Each patient is provided with an individualized treatment plan that details the medication prescribed, the required dosage that will meet his or her needs, and the types of therapeutic interventions that will enhance the process of recovery. Because of the level of customization afforded to each patient’s treatment plan, the cost of services rendered can vary from one patient to the next.

In order to eliminate any worry or confusion with regards to the cost of care at our center, we make it a priority to discuss our payment policies before a person begins treatment. The following policies apply to every patient and will be reiterated at the time of your intake assessment:

  • Patients are required to pay for their intake and other services upfront.
  • Our center accepts cash and most insurance plans.
  • Out staff can verify insurance benefits and eligibility for reimbursement prior to the start of treatment.
  • Even if a patient wishes to use his or her insurance for payment, he or she will still be required to pay for services before receiving treatment. Our center can provide a billing statement that can be submitted to one’s insurance company for reimbursement at a later date.

If you or a loved one has any further questions about the cost of care at our center or our payment policies, do not hesitate to reach out to our intake team today. We are happy to speak with you or someone you care about so that a brighter, healthier, opioid-free tomorrow can be realized today.
